Red Iron Oxide (Hematite) is an important ore of iron known for its blood red color. In the powdered form, red iron oxide lends itself well in use as a pigment in paints, inks, and dyes.

Our natural red iron oxide has many applications in the industry due to its excellent quality. It is invariably characterized by the ease with which it can be dispersed in all resin vehicles. The chemical constitution (measured by ICP-OES + LECO) consists of 81(±1.5) Fe2O3 content and particle size (measured by laser diffraction) of the natural red iron oxide is <8 μm (99.7-99.8 %).
