Hydrocarbon Resins
Hydrocarbon resins are used in applications such as adhesives, printing inks, polymer based additives and coatings. Aliphatic resins are based on C5 or dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) as base raw materials. Aromatic resins are typically based on C9 aromatic components such as vinyltoluenes or indenes.
